Running Dynamics GP?

GP support ends December 31, 2029 — and GP 2018's extended support ends January 2028.

Business Central is Microsoft's designated path forward. We've built a dedicated guide — timeline, what end-of-support actually means, and a free migration readiness check.

GP migration guide
What we do

Business Central, end to end.

From first scoping call to year-five support — one team, one throat to choke, no hand-offs between an ERP partner and an IT company.

Implementation

New Business Central environments scoped for how your business actually works — financials, inventory, purchasing, sales — without mid-market consulting bloat.

Dynamics GP migration

Our specialty: moving GP shops — including GP 2018 and older — onto Business Central with your data, history decisions, and go-live handled. Full migration guide →

Licensing & tenant admin

Right-sized Essentials vs. Premium vs. Team Member licensing, environment management, permission sets, and updates that never surprise you.

Ongoing support & rescue

User help desk for BC questions, month-end assistance, and takeovers of orphaned systems whose original partner disappeared after go-live.

Integrations & Power Platform

Business Central talking to the rest of your stack — Microsoft 365, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, e-commerce, and payroll partners.

The IT underneath

The part ERP partners skip: identity and MFA, endpoint security, backups, and network health — because your ERP is only as reliable as the IT it runs on.

Why Business Central

Modern ERP without the mid-market price tag.

Business Central is Microsoft's cloud ERP built for exactly your size of company — and the designated successor to Dynamics GP, NAV, and SL. Financials, inventory, purchasing, sales, and reporting in one system that lives where your email already does.

  • No servers to own — Microsoft runs it
  • Per-user monthly licensing, scales as you grow
  • Native Excel, Outlook, Teams & Power BI
  • Updates handled by Microsoft — no more version-upgrade projects

Sized for you

Most of our BC work is 5–50 user companies — the market big VARs quote like a Fortune 500 project.

Fixed-scope projects

Assessment first, then a fixed quote and timeline — not an open-ended hourly meter.

US-wide, remote-first

Implementations and support delivered remotely nationwide; on-site available across Kansas.

ERP + IT + security

One partner accountable for the whole stack — the system, the network it runs on, and the security around it.

Business Central — questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

What is Dynamics 365 Business Central?

Business Central is Microsoft's cloud ERP for small and mid-sized businesses — financials, inventory, purchasing, sales, and reporting in one system that lives in the same cloud as Microsoft 365. It's also Microsoft's designated successor to Dynamics GP, NAV, and SL.

Is Business Central a good fit for a small business?

Yes — that's its core market. Licensing is per-user per-month with no servers to own, updates are handled by Microsoft, and it integrates natively with Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Power BI. Most of our implementations are for companies with 5–50 users.

Do you handle Dynamics GP migrations to Business Central?

Yes — GP-to-Business-Central migrations are a specialty, including GP 2018 and older versions approaching end of support. We handle assessment, data migration, chart-of-accounts mapping, go-live, and ongoing support. See our dedicated GP migration page for the full process.

Do you work with businesses outside Kansas?

Yes. Business Central work is remote-first by nature — implementations, migrations, and ongoing support are delivered to businesses across the United States, with on-site options in Kansas.

Can you support a Business Central system someone else implemented?

Yes. If your partner has gone quiet or your internal champion left, we take over administration, licensing, user support, and enhancements for existing Business Central environments — no reimplementation required.
